The Secretary General for Higher Education and University (ESU), Mrs. Wivine Yenga Wassako established on Monday, a new administrative secretary general and a new budget administrator at the Higher Pedagogical and Technical Institute of Kinshasa (ISPT / KIN), appointed by the Minister of the ESU in his decree of 17 November 2018.
The new ISPT / KIN Administrative Secretary General, Carlos Lukusa Kalombo, replaces Mr.Donatien Mayaka. Carlos Lukusa Kalombo thanked the Minister for choosing him, while promising to work in collaboration with the Director General of ISPT / KIN and other members of this management committee to carry out the insurance actions - quality and development of this ESU public establishment.
Created in 1976 by the Belgian and Congo governments, the main mission of ISPT / KIN is to train engineers who are qualified in the fields of electricity, electronics, automobile mechanics and production, networks and maintenance.
At the ABA, Mrs. Wivine Yenga Wassako established the head of works, Aimé Kaboko Milolo as the budget administrator, who replaces to this position, the head of works, Francine Mava Sau.
The new budget administrator has promised to work as his predecessor in collaboration with other members of the management committee for the good management of this institution that trains artists in graphic and plastic arts. The director general, Professor Henri Kalama, congratulated the new budget administrator while promising him a sincere collaboration.
In addition, the secretary general of the ESU, established on Saturday Professor Antoine Otshudi Lomasi as academic secretary general at the National Institute of Arts (INA), while the head of works, Bebi Ilunga took office in quality of the administrative secretary general. INA organizes the music, cultural animation and dramatic arts sectors.
