Corneille Nangaa announced it after a nearly 4 hour meeting with presidential candidates and representatives of the FCC, CACH and Lamuka election platforms, moderated by the SADC.

"This Sunday there will be an election. We will vote for our next President of the Republic, we will vote for our national and provincial deputies. There are problems that can arise. But the main thing is to keep calm. It was an opportunity to present to the representatives of the candidates, the state of preparation. Preparations are evolving well. Deployment in Kinshasa continues. But the deployment inside is almost closed. Sunday, we are going to the elections. We call on each other to peace", Corneille Nangaa recommended.

He asks voters to trust the CENI.

"Go for vote and return back home to wait for the results, starting work that will begin from December 30 even in the evening in our various local compilation centers", he said. Moreover, Corneille Naanga said that contrary to what is said, the electoral mapping remained the same and that the material deficit in Kinshasa pushed the CENI to increase the size of polling stations to 700 voters per polling station against 600 voters per polling station in the provinces.
