"Due to the opening of the 1st Provincial Governors' Seminar, chaired by the Head of State, on Monday 13 May 2019, the Presidency's press conference scheduled at10:00 am on the same day, is postponed until Tuesday 14 May at 10:00 am in the Congress Hall of the Palais de la Nation, "reads the communiqué issued by the Presidency of the Republic.
It is the spokesman of the Head of State, Kasongo Mwema who will face the Congolese and international media in particular, to talk about the results of the 100 days program set up by Felix Tshisekedi. His address will also focus on allegations of an explosion in the national budget, the synoptic table of work in progress, their level of achievement, their cost and the source of their funding.
It should be remembered that this program, which provides for emergency construction or rehabilitation of basic infrastructure throughout the DRC and improved the living conditions of the Congolese, was launched on March 2 by the President of the Republic. He will most certainly be pinned on the question of the next Prime Minister and the Government whose names are still slow to be known.
